Anticipated Creations does a wide variety of wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and special event cakes including dessert bar creations for all of your special occassions.
I am a small baker in the Gallatin Valley and have lived here for 12 years now.
I have been making special event cakes for showers, weddings, birthdays, etc. for over 6 years. I started out mastering buttercream and quickly fell in love with fondant and gum paste. I can create everything from flowers to figures. We can create your dream cake for you or help you pick the right design for your event. If you would like that one of a kind wedding cake look no further. We also provide extraordinary dessert bars for whatever your special occasion may be. Everything from mini pies to chocolate dipped strawberries.
I also offer a "fake" cake option for brides on a budget but would like a traditional large elegant wedding cake in the design of their dreams.

2012 Bridal Affair
We had a great time at the 10th Anniversary of Bridal Affaire. We enjoyed chatting with all of the 2012 brides and look forward to working with them on their amazing creations.

2011 Downtown Bozeman Bridal Walk
On April 16th from 11am-3pm is the 2011 Dowtown Bozeman Bridal Walk. We will be featuring more of our work in great downtown boutiques such as Alara Jewelry, The Gem Gallery, Sage Salon and Indulgence Boutique.

2011 BRIDAL AFFAIR
We had a wonderful time at the 2011 Bridal Affair and would like to thank everyone for stopping by to look at our amazing work. Our cake tastings went wonderfully as we had no cake left over. We had a Lemon raspberry cake with vanilla raspberry mousse and American buttercream frosting, Chocolate mocha cake with whipped chocolate ganache filling and chocolate Italian meringue buttercream, Vanilla bean cake with white chocolate cheesecake mousse filling and American buttercream frosting, Green Tea Matcha cake with vanilla mousse filling and American buttercream frosting, and a Pink champagne cake with vanilla mousse filling and American buttercream frosting.
